VISION KNITWEAR EXCHANGE POLICY INFORMATION

We value your satisfaction and want you to love your purchase from Vision. However, if you are not happy with your order, you can exchange it within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

- The item must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact
- The item must be unworn and undamaged
- The original receipt must be included

Due to hygiene reasons, some items are not eligible for exchange. These includes: Underwear, Boxers, and all products under Accessories. Please choose carefully before ordering these items.


In case of exchange, you will have to send us the item and we will send you a replacement as soon as we receive it. If the replacement is not available, we will issue you a coupon of the same value as the item, minus the courier charges. You can use this coupon to shop at visionwear.com.pk within three months.

NO REFUNDS

Please note that we do not offer refunds once the order is confirmed and delivered. If you have ordered a wrong item or changed your mind, you can only exchange it as per the above policy.

No exchange or return on Sale/Clearance items or discounted voucher orders.
