The arbitrator will be a legal expert and have knowledge of the information technology field. The arbitrator will follow the rules of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and will be fair. The arbitration will happen in Lahore and will use English language. The arbitrator's verdict will be final and any court can enforce it. But we can still go to court to protect our intellectual property rights and secret information if needed.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate these Terms and Conditions and your access to and use of the Site at any time, without prior notice to you, for any reason or no reason at all. Upon termination, you must immediately stop accessing and using the Site and we may revoke any password(s) and account identification issued to you. Termination of these Terms and Conditions will not affect any rights or obligations (including payment obligations) of the parties that arose before the date of termination.
